Processing & Despatch

We aim to have all orders processed before 3pm on the day they are received. Orders are processed during normal AEST business hours between Monday and Friday. All orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Shipment and delivery of orders is based on product availability, payment processing time and distribution centre processing time. In most cases goods are despatched with 24 hours. means your goods will be delivered the next business day. More remote areas and NZ orders may take an additional few days to arrive.

The time it takes to get goods delivered to you depends on the products ordered and your delivery address. To keep shipping cost as low as possible, we'll use the best fitting shipping service. For all parcel, pallet and full truck loads we use DHL. Where possible larger or heavy orders will be packaged into multiple boxes for easier manageability.

Most goods are generally delivered within one week. All shipments are tracked online and you'll receive an email notification when your goods are shipped with link to the tracking portal.

Where goods are on a long delivery lead-time we'll contact you immediately.

Floating solar pontoons and systems generally need final factory configuration and assembly before despatch, hence delivery lead-times are typically in the region of 2 - 3 weeks. You need to take this into account before ordering. We highly recommend that you call us to check availability.

Delivery fees

A delivery fee is charged based on the weight of the shipment and is the nett price as charged by the shipping service. The fee will be determined at the the checkout, based on the total weight of the ordered products and your delivery location.

International deliveries

For deliveries to location outside Australia we use DHL.

Countries we ship to

At present we ship only to the following countries:
  • New Zealand

Unloading

Please note the size and weight of the goods you purchase. Where your total order exceeds 22 kg we ask that you provide unloading assistance. If your goods are large and require shipping on pallet/s your will need to provide a suitable forklift to unload the shipment. For unloading pontoons you will require a forklift or crane with a lifting capacity of at least 2 tonnes.

Remote locations

Delivering to remote, inhospitable and hard to access locations or regions that are seasonably inaccessible or regions only accessible by 4WD or special vehicles, will require making special delivery arrangements. If your delivery address falls into this category, please let us know in advance so that appropriate arrangements can be made. In the event that you fail to advise us and our freight company cannot reach your address, then you may risk loosing at least the amount you paid for shipping. You may also have to pay for return shipping and restocking.  So it's best to plan ahead, let us know and we'll get you goods to you without unnecessary heartache.
